Draw circular spiral in cst mws

Dear Members

Can you please assist me on how to draw circular spiral with rectangular radius in CST MWS.
I search Macros but couldn't find the appropriate design.

What needs to be designed is attached below and is also available with limited design information in CST examples folder in PS->PIC->TWT.

To be more specific: How can i redraw the following spiral..
Its an example in CST MWS documentation, -> MWs->EigenModes->HEX
