A write to a location in EEPROM triggers an internal programming cycle, which is guaranteed to last no longer than
10 milliseconds.

// on following datasheet of at89s8252 , these lines did not clear its meaning to me.

what does it exactly mean ?

Hi,

I think it's pretty clear what this means.
--> a EEPROM write_cycle takes less than 10ms.

What exactly don't you understand?

Btw: the datasheet is not "following".
