Hello,

I want to measure the Eye Diagram of a Broadband Bipolar amplifier I designed in Cadence Virtuoso.

When I use Rand Bit Stream - i get a lot of errors and the transistor breaking down at BE junction.

I do not get this error with MOS amplifiers.

What can I do - how can I measure the eye diagram of bipolar transistor properly with rand bit stream ?

Thanks.
