Does it the same meaning when the differential voltage is 24V? it depend on the way we choose the common point, and which case we use dual power supply?

Hi,

Do you have a voltmeter?
Then it takes 5 seconds to find out on your own.

A ±12V supply has a low impedance ground point halfway between the plus and minus voltages.
A 24V supply doesn't.
