Hello
Does anyone know of a streetlight radio RX/TX module that we can use to receive the dimming signal for streetlights?
We need to have a RX/TX module that doesnt have electrolytic capacitors in it.....therefore i assume we will have to buy some kind of RX/TX chip and make a circuit of it.
We can add a micro to convert the received signal to a DALI dimming signal.

Very few use electrolytics. For RF remote control, especially in a noisy power environment, I strongly advise you to use FM and of course to use a secure protocol to protect data integrity and misuse. Look at NRF95 and NRF24L01 ICs from Nordic semiconductor which are easy to use, inexpensive and have good software support.
