Memory BIST insertion Synopsys flow

Hi All,

I have a DFT project with only access to Synopsys DFT compiler.
Is there any MBIST automatic insertion option in DFT compiler or DFTMax?

1- If yes where can I find the flow
2- If we cannot use Synopsys for MBIST insertion, is it possible to do it manually?
3- For manual insertion what is the methodology and how long does it take?
