For obtaining more gm/Id from the differential pair in subthreshold , is it possible to use other devices

All devices are from same foundry.
Is it feasible to fabricate such design?

"Other devices" might include different VT but the gate itself
is pretty much the same, doping differences will make small
differences in gm@peak. The gm peak will still be about VT,
for the same offset below threshold the gm will be not much
different (but the diff pair might operate with its tail higher
/ gate lower, improving Rout more than gm).
