ATPG ENCOUNTER TEST (what are the region for broken a scan chain)

hai every one
5 messages indicate the following scan chains are broken.

WARNING (TSV-384): Controllable scan chain beginning at pin DFT_sdi_1 is not an observable scan chain. [end TSV_384]
WARNING (TSV-385): Observable scan chain ending at pin DFT_sdo_5 is not a controllable scan chain. [end TSV_385]

I got this errors plz help me
 

Perhaps zoom into the netlist and observe the connectivity of those scan-inserted flops!
