Hi All.

We are doing a project where we need to use a 3.5" TFT (Capacitive Touchscreen. This will be used with DSLR Camera product where we need to show the Camera Live View as well as Picture to the TFT LCD.

We are looking for several TFT LCD with most of them with RGB and SPI interface. Can anyone advise which interface type will be best to choose either RGB or SPI for our application.

This is very critical choose in our development as for RGB Type we need to choose different CPU Core Module.

Thanks in advance.

Regards.

Hi,

More informative than physical size (3.5") is
* the resolution in pixels
* the color depth
* the frame rate
This tells you about bandwidth of the interface.

RGB interface will have higher throughput, thus I'd prefer it for camera view.
