LDO regulator and small nodes technologies - Surveys?

Hi people,

I have a question regarding LDO regulator implementations. Don't know if someone can point some papers, surveys or something similar.

I am basically searching for information about how LDOs on small nodes but with high input voltages can operate. Say 65nm node and supply voltages of 4.5V or a bit higher.
