Hi everyone. I would like ask you guys that are more experienced what's the best way to run a couple of Sims to compare the noise of two different process and how to do it.

Thank you in advance.

you can do two common source amplifiers for example with equal current and load resistance.
Try to get same gm from 2 different process since noise is related to gm. For exmple transistor channel noise current is 4KT(gamma)gm
What is different for 2 process ? it is gamma

then you can do noise simulation in cadence virtuoso. For example you can find input referred noise.

I will only add that foundry PDKs' attention to this detail, can
be very variable depending on what they think the technology
is for. If you see nice round numbers for the noise related
model params, don't bet on any great accuracy (or even data
existing at all).

A modeling document that shows noise data and curve-fit
is more confidence-inspiring.
