Anyone has experience in design the Guassian filter by discrete components? How to control BT likes = 0.3 or 0.5.

Any answer welcomed.

Is it necessary to implement it by filter circuit?

I knew that many transceiver chips has implemented on-chip. But if some simple transmitter with high data rate, you should take care the sideband of the transmit spectrum.

Here is a program

You can get a trial version of Super Filter that will work for a limited time at **broken link removed** It has gaussian filters as well as raised cosine types.
