Is there any reliable application for Windows 10, so that can produce function signals(square,sinusoidal,triangle...) from the USB-PC? Do I need any compatible hardware for this?

simple USB signals are: +5V, GND, D+, D-... impossible for sinusoidal or tirangle output.

My first thought is a soundcard. But for sure all depends on what you need.
* frequency range (including overtones!!! otherwise your signal waveform is not what you expect)
* voltage range
* expected current
* frequency and voltage accuracy and resolution, noise...

A digital output can´t generate high quality triangle or sinewave
An analog output can´t generate high quality square wave
