Hi,

Can anybody give a brief explanation on DNL measurement of Phase Interpolator in MONTECARLO simulation, atleast any reference will be appreciated.

I think it is the same method as in non Monte-Carlo simulation. You should measure the phase difference of every neighbor tap and calculate the difference from the desired step value.
