Need suggestion on TVS Diodes selection for DO-160 Lightning Protection per Waveform 5A Level 3 i:e 300/1000 (VL/IT). Per my calculation for worst case I will need about 100KW Power Dissipation and Clamping Voltage of 80V. Any Series combinations of TVS can be worked out and timing requirement of this 100KW Power Dissipation is 10/1000us.
