Incomplete nets (2 sources)

Hello,

It seems that these opens are nothing but the 2 source fingers of the same MOS. I am connecting these sources manually with M1. However, Connectivity check against source gives incomplete nets:
Open on net 'Vdd' between:
- InstTerm of terminal 'S' of instance 'MP0(0)'
- InstTerm of terminal 'S_0' of instance 'MP0(0)'

Any explanation/solution would be appreciated!

You need to provide more details - what tool gives you this message?
If it's extraction (this looks like StarRC) - "open" is a disconnected R network extracted for net that is connected (otherwise it's not LVS clean) - essentially a bug in extraction tool that it tries to fix by adding a shorting resistor.
