How to set the limit of probed shapes in virtuoso Layout GXL?

Hello,

When editing a group of pmos surrounded by a MPP guard ring in the pane style I get a warning
*WARNING* (GE-2190): The current probe is a limited probe and has reached the maximum number of probed shapes (1000).
This may lead to an inaccurate probing display.
And then All GRs are blocked and I cann't edit them anymore, I appreciate any idea to solve this issue!
