Hi,

I need to know is there any way to display the same instance names of the devices available in schematic in layout also.

IF you did a placement using XL. then turn on "Show Name Of Instance" in the Display Options GUI

If you know the "handle" then you can place [@blahblah]
texts with the proper type (nlp_, il_, ...) and they will display
instance attributes.

I don't have a Cadence license or a handy so-drawn layout
to show you, but seems like you might find clues to proper
syntax in somebody's cell library.

Building in the "reflection texts" makes it independent of
environment settings, and the text would be where -you-
wanted it (not stepping on stuff you might like to see).
