Hello all,

I'm actually trying to measure inductance of planar coils by using an HP3577A / 35677A VNA, however, this material is quite old and i was wondering if it was able to do this....

If yes, does anyone have a procedure who explain how to do this ?

Thank you in advance.

Yes you can.

As far as you can do correct calibration and set correct reference plane, it is easy.

You can capture S-parameters via GPIB.
