H Bridge inverter contol chip (for Grid tie Inverter)

Hello,
There are massive numbers of PFC control chips available off the shelf. Why are there not any IC’s available for low power (<300W) H Bridge inverters for putting power back into the mains?
All the controllers used for H-bridge inverters seem to be high-end microcontrollers.
 

Because there is a lot to consider when poking power into the mains - start up, synch, soft start, controlled current, peak and average/rms current limiting, measuring of injected current ( & V & power) keeping the HVDC bus in bounds, injecting <5mA DC into the mains ... disconnecting when the mains goes away...
