DFT: Simulation of ATPG has mismatches for SDF MTM Spec maximum only.

I don't know if this is the right place for this question?
I have generated ATPG patterns using tetramax. During simulation of these patterns,I'm finding mismatches ,if I give sdf MTM spec maximum and 0 mismatches for minimum.
So what could be the reason? Is it due to faulty SDF? or any thing else? SDF was generated with worst case.
 

SDF will have minimum typical and maximum values. U have to specify one of those when simulation with SDF. Sometimes min and max only also without typical based on how you generate sdf.
