GSG PAD CPW to Microstrip transistion for Layout

Hello,

I would like to design GSG PAD CPW to Microstrip transistion for Layout of a MMWave IC chip to make it probe-able.

Are there any references, papers, resources on how to design this properly (with CPW tapers and so on).

Also I would like to obviously EM simulate this structure once it is completed.

what do you mean by transistion?

Well the GSG pads are CPW and then you must transition to microstrip interconnect to your transistor input if using microstrip as your interconnect.

Isnt this correct ?
