why the 2 mosfet in the attached circuit dosen't overlap :?: and if overlap exists how can i solve this problem !! FDJ9STWJAMU0IVN.LARGE.jpg

Hi,

That´s why there are dedicated MOSFET drivers.

This over simplyfied circuit works maybe theoretically.
But in reality it has some problems like: no dead time, high switching loss, no overvoltage protection (peaks that will destroy the Mosfets), no overcurrent protection, no load regulation.

I recommend to read through elaborated circuit descriptions.

i tried hard to search about the detailed descriptions but found nothing
i just need this circuit to generate square wave but when my classmate asked me about overlapping i didnt reply :(
