Hi

I am analyzing a circuit with 3.98(e^-6) transient stop time. I am not sure how many seconds is 3.98(e^-6)? Also when I view the graph the time unit is us not sure what us stands for. I would appreciate any help.

Thanks

Hi,

0.00000398 seconds or 3.98 microseconds (uS)

-6 means 6 places after the decimal point, don't know how else to explain it.

Scientific Notation to Decimal Converter

f = femto, p = pico, n = nano, u = micro, m = milli s(econds)
