Does anyone have any idea how to create a coaxial coil in CST EM Studio?

By "coaxial coil" I am referring to what would be a shorted coaxial transmission line. This "coil" would be the single turn primary "winding" of an air-core pulse transformer, inside of which would be a multi-turn toroidal secondary coil.

There are macros available in CST that can be used to create the multi-turn secondary, but I don't see any easy way to create the primary coil.
