Is DIOO MICROCIRCUITS chips reliable? Example DIO6011 1A buck converter

Hi,
I can see a new product in mouser DIO6011 which is a pin to pin equivalent to TLV6256x 1.5-A High Efficiency Step-Down Converter (TI).

The interesting thing is the cost is very very less compared to the TI part. May be I can assume the quality of TI part in various aspects will be definitely better, but I would like to know opinion from experts.
 

The datasheet of DIO6011 is self explanatory. You can not make a reliable design with the information provided.
