If you require underfoot, the answer is relative simple. Use a pressure mat.

Re: Make tools like sensor

Speed & hardworking, you need a pedal switch. Industry rated...
Same suppliers may have industrial 'safe zone' mat switches.

Google for images of pedal switch. The metal, industrial strength versions are seriously expensive. Music & gamer versions are less expensive, but not so tough.
Likewise, mat switch will find those. As many of these are intended for full-on industrial safety applications, they will cost you. But, using anything less robust may kill...

Re: Make tools like sensor

Another vague question... Will this device be used as a logger to record the movement history of an individual from anywhere, or is it just a sensor used in a test/lab environment? The communication will be wireless, presumably, but should it be sent online or will be the whole data downloaded at once? The project lies as much in the field of electronics as of mechanics, and unless specifying both requirements in details, Any and No answer can meet your need.

hi @andre_teprom no this isn`t logger device is funny game for children and it will be use out door. and this device will have wire for connection no need to wireless system. did you have any suggestion?
thank u any way.

Why don't you start to check the solutions that have been suggested?

Agree with FvM. Hard to help further when you don't give a location.

FWIW, even Amazon have 'pressure mats' for step-alarm and bed-alert applications.

If outdoors, do you need waterproof ?
You may do better with an air-mat tubed to a pressure sensor. These are much simpler, safer and easier to repair.

Re: Make tools like sensor

@nik_2213 yes it must be waterproof. and because its public device it must be die-hard!

Re: Make tools like sensor

Google Images for pressure mat IP65 or pressure sensing mat then explore findings.

You have not said how big it must be, how fast it needs to operate, what is the smallest weight it must detect etc etc. We're not going to steal your idea, but you must narrow the specification from 'waterproof', so between the size of a mouse-mat and a football field...

If it will be used near water, perhaps to trigger fun fountains or flash lights to dancers' footsteps, then a pneumatic sensor and switch will save a lot of safety certification issues. Remember Murphy's Law that anything that may go wrong WILL go wrong. This is why 'wet rooms' often have pneumatic 'pedals', and 'care' sensors run on low voltages.

Standing as opposed to what? A pressure mat is not going to distingish between standing, squating, kneeling, or sitting on the floor.
