How can i model a hetero junction in Comsol in 3d? one of the material is Graphene.
How can i model Graphene in Comsol using cubo formula? note that i am using semiconductor module.
For electrodes in Comsol(such as Au, Al) should i use Drude model for metals in semiconductor module?
I want to get I-V characteristics
