Hello,

I am working on the chip level design using the GF 22FDSOI 20nm technology. In 20nm technology how to set W/L ratio.
 

W/L ratio doesn't depend on process size, it depends on the circuit and its application.
 

FinFETs have fix W/L. You can play with parallel and series connection of the devices.
