ADS Layout to Cadence Layout

Hello,

Want to convert ADS layouts I have made to Cadence layouts.

Want to use GDS format for this.

Any tutorials on how to do this ?

may advise using odb++ format for adding substrate info as well.
 

What Cadence layout tool, you have posted on both IC and PCB topics recently?
 

Sorry that is IC Layout in Cadence. How do I convert something I made in Momentum (or even in HFSS as I posted in another post) and bring it into Cadence for IC Layout.
