Attached with the hardware diagram for IQ modulator.
Just some question on the IQ modulation.
1. Is the IQ signal a baseband signal
2. What are the frequency rate for the IQ signal in the diagram. Are they using the same frequency for this IQ signal in all the different communication technologies like LTE,WCDMA,WIFI...

Your questions are non-sequitir. You show a block diagram and then ask US to tell YOU what the frequencies are???
A baseband signal is a signal with near-zero frequencies. There's no way to answer your questions.
