[SOLVED] EM Simulation of a Circle

I have trouble running EM simulation of a circle shape in ADS.

I draw a circle in layout and would like to run EM simulation. But when viewing the circle in 3D(3D EM preview), it doesn't look like a circle due to lack of points.

The Arc/Circle Resolution (degree) has been set to 1. The circle is converted to polygon before running EM.
Does anyone know how to solve this problem?

This is from layout preprocessing before EM. You can change settings in emSetup.
