ALTIUM - Move room without moving other layers track

Hi everybody,
I'm using Altium and I move a room with some components and tracks on top layer. No problem up to here.
When I move this room over other components that not belong to it (it is not mind if same layer or not), the room do not drag them when I move again the room. But if I move the room over a track (any layer) when I move room again it drags all tracks with it.
Any one knows how avoid this behaviour ? I want only components and tracks that belong initially to the room woulb be dragged.

Faced same issue with Altium 17. In previous version room was moveable with components and tracks that belongs to that room.
