I confused about power conversion efficiency of AC DC converter
PCE= Pload/(Pload + Ploss + Pactive) 100%
@OR PCE= Pout/Pin= IDc*VDC/Irms*Vrms 100%

efficiency = real output power / real input power

for AC / DC converter measuring the true input power can be tricky - and really needs an accurate AC watt-meter (Yokogawa etc ) else you will get false readings. Note that input current (rms) x input volts (rms) is not input power only input VA...

Reading output DC power accurately requires a voltmeter and ammeter of better than 0.2% each to get a 0.4% accurate reading ...
