Dear friends

Can any one provide me the circuit diagram of DC output 24v 32amp 750watts SMPS with 230v 50Hz input.

Thank You

This do not appear as being help request, but rather a job offer; you did not show any evidence of your own previous researches. Anyway, if you are not willing to spent effort on that, perhaps you want to have a look here: https://www.ti.com/design-tools/overview.html

Do you require power factor correction ...? operating temp range? input voltage range? fixed 24.0 VDC and 32.0 amp current limit?

operation into short ckt, or fold back, or switch off if current limit operation for >10sec?

fan cooled or convection?

Input mains spike protection level?

EMC / RFI requirements?

approx size? weight? rack mount? wall mount? shelf mount ?

Efficiency?

...

What can you do without PFC at that power ? Without PFC the SMPS would be the most bulkiest SMPS ever seen.

Respectfully - not. We made some SMPS for power stations where reliability was critical. So the PF stage was ditched. The down converter ran off the rectified mains (per the old days). As the site of operation was a power station, a bit of peaky current draw was not a problem, but the increased reliability (half the bits and one only converter per psu) was a given, units up to 121.5VDC at 25A (paralleled outputs, 3ph + N supply) for 75amp DC supply, and 24V-50A, and 48V-40A units.

15 year operating life at full power, @25 degC ambient, operation to 40 degC, variable speed fan cooling above 50% Iout... alarms etc ...
