Hi all,
Can someone tell me about how to test or qualify the basic electronic components. And how to read the data sheets
 

Electronic parts made by a good manufacturer have a detailed datasheet listing all their spec's and they are so reliable that testing is not needed.
Learn about electronics then you will be able to understand datasheets.
