my solution and book solution is mismatched by the first item only. I have marked it red circle.

Could you please explain who is correct ? Am I doing anything wrong here ?
 

The last picture depicts correctly the function on the K-map. Impossible to tell whether the book is correct or not at all, once you show partial information with pieces of the whole, I mean, are you sure if the objetive of the question is not precisely to find where the error lies?

No. That is not the objective.
This could be a printing mistake in book :)
