IR2104 Frequently get damaged. It is behaving strange. If same circuit works fine with one IR2104, then the next copy get burnt or no output or one output works. Is there any solution or if there is any better gate driver as an alternative of IR2104?

Hi,

The IR2104 is a good, reliable device.
There are many discussions about problems with IR21xx drivers.

I'd say about 40% of the problems are wrong schematics, 10% by wrong usage (like 100% duty cycle, ESD...) and the other 50% are caused by bad PCB layout.
Read through the datasheets and application notes and follow the recommendations and keep on the specifications and it will work without problems.
If you don't care about the manufacturer's recommendations any other driver will fail, too.

If you need help with your circuit you should give:
* your application parameters like voltages, frequency, duty cycle...
* your schematic
* your PCB layout
