I am searching for the best Data aquisation system for simulation testing of 0-10v ADC with IC MCP3428 (which is alreay connected with analog temprature sensor interface with particle photon)

What software should I use to test physical phenomenon as well as AD conversion phnenomenon by micro-controllers.

To be very clear this is my first phenomenal test so please help me out.

Nobody knows what "the best" means for you. If there was the one and only "best" ... then why design, sell oder buy any other?
