SN65HVD1471 connection with db9 connector

Hi...
I need a correct pinout to connect the differential outputs form SN65HVD1471, because i wanna check simply whether my driver is working or not. I've seen a lot of different pinout for RS422 DB9 connector some eg. are attached here. Hi,

As you have already recognized there is no RS422 D-SUB9 pinout standard.

--> You are free to do what you want.

But usually you build an RS422 interface, because you want to communicate with a "device".
Thus I recommend to look into this "device" datasheet.

Sorry i got confused by myself, thanks for your reply.
 

DB9 connector cannot be connected directly to SN65HVD1471, because DB9 connector doesnot posses standard pinout for RS422/485. It needs RS232-RS422/485 convertor, hence the differential pair of SN65HVD1471 A,B,Y,Z should be connected though the convertor to communicate with PC.

I have no idea what you want to achieve.

..why you can´t connect SN65HVD1471 with DB9 connector
.. why you now want RS232

really confusing.

Post a draft of your idea... what you want to connect (master, slave, interface, signals....)

I'm using SN65HVD1471 for RS422 standard, but i only have usb to rs232 cable(i.e. one end compatible with usb port in PC, and other end is DB9 connector). Initially without knowing that USB to RS232 cable doesn't support RS422 standard, i started my program. So only i mentioned "DB9 connector cannot be connected directly to SN65HVD1471, it needs RS232-RS422/485 convertor."

Still i'm not aware of checking my hardware...How can i test my driver is good or not?

My connections:
1). SN65HVD1471 pins A,B,Y,Z are connected to TX+/-, RX+/- of RS232-RS422/485 convertor.
2). SN65HVD1471 1st pin - +3.3V, 4th pin - Gnd.
3). SN65HVD1471 2nd pin - MCU's RX pin, 3rd pin - MCU's TX pin.

This is my schematic for SN65HVD1471. RS422 RX pin is from PIC18F65K40 30th pin, and RS422 TX pin is from PIC18F65K40 29th pin. Then RS422 IN/OUT pins are connected to connector.

Your pictures obviously doesn't show all (like requested) related connections. Still a lot of informations missing.

--> If you don't spend time to give complete and unambiguos informations....don't be surprised others spend no time to answer.
