Which sections should I use to set the tsmc180 montel carlo simulation for just comparing the nmos2V device? I add tt, mc, but it fails. Which other sections I need to add?


My environment is cadence 6.16. I simulate the montel carlo in ADE XL. Thanks.
 

Hi, I remember for mismatch simulation it requires some stat files to be set. Just set to tt the nmos2v section is not enough.
Describe your problem with more details like what is the error message of CIW or Output Log and how your corner settings look like.
Anyhow simulation can fail from various reasons.
