Sine Look Up Table Clarification

I have put a low pass filter at the phase voltage point. These are some of the waveforms i am seeing. I have few clarifications if i can ask?

Finally the output seems to have come the phase to phase voltages low pass output.

Would be usefull to tell us what changes you did on the hardware or firmware side.
