Hello Everyone,
I'd say I have an intermediate knowledge on HSPICE Simulation. My problem is on the calculation of the temperature coefficient in terms of PPM/degC given by TC=(1/Vref)*d(Vref)/d(Temp).
Before, I just had to manually calculate it from the data given on the plot Vref against Temperature from avanwaves but my adviser instructed me to plot this TC too.
Using the expression builder I managed to plot the equation of TC given above but this just gives a constant zero. So I used another expression which is TC = ((Vmax - Vmin) x (1M))/((V@25 degrees C) x (Tmax - Tmin).
Now my problem is finding Vmax and Vmin in the expression builder. How do I do this?
