Linux is an operating system, it will run on any processor that has enough resources.

Linux runs on processors, including larger FPGA with built-in processor (SoC FPGA) or soft processor cores programmed in HDL. You find suitable boards from FPGA vendors (Altera, Xilinx, Lattice, Microsemi) and development board manufacturers like Terasic or Digilent.
Suggest to read first and then ask useful, more elaborated questions.
