I want to know AvT , Aβ,SvT and Sβ.
I don't know where can i find they.
Please tell me.

Bad luck if the fab doesn't provide them. You can estimate them, but they are not the values to use in an optimized design.

I use tsmc 0.18.
 

I don't think we can estimate the mismatch data like Avt.

Every process is different. But if your spec is not critical, you can roughly get them from other fab.

For example, Avt is about 6~10mV.
