What is difference among CLASS A, CLASS B, CLASS C optical fiber cable?

a question without context....difficult to answer.
I don´t do the internet search for you.

I´d look into the datasheet for the corresponding devices /calbles.

Optical fiber is low cost, but technically it becomes harder for longer distances. Class A? Those are amplifier categories. High tech in design as in op-amp, direct couplings or high tech equipment? Fiber Optics is high tech equipment. There is a difference in terminology and use. Only with the high technology here and not designing it. Technical terms to use and watch out for.

I don´t think the OP talks about "amplifier classes".

An internet search gives several documents about optical fiber classes.
Maybe this one gives the best answer:
