Hi,

I am right now searching for a Plug & Cable to transmit on two wires UART/TTL with a very low rate (512bit/s) and supply with 24V (<1A) on another two wires.
Simply using RJ-45 etc. as a plug wouldn't be possible as it should be in total quite durable and at least fulfil IP56.
As there could be E-motors/pumps and other electronics in the surrounding I would search for one with 2 twisted pairs, which are also shielded separately.

Could somebody recommend something (especially regarding the plugs)?

Thanks already in advance for helpful comments/thoughts. :)

Don't use TTL for a differential twisted pair use a normal differential standard. For a UART serial RS422 is normally used in noisy environments.
