Refridgirator Thermostat's NTC - How to find Beta and Co-efficients ?

I have an NTC for which I don't have the datasheet. I only know the resistance and temperatures of the NTC as mentioned below. I need to find out beta and co-efficient values of the NTC to write code for Arduino. How to find them ?

<Temperature degree C> <Resistance>
5 8500
25 3200
45 1600

There is formula for calculating Beta and co-efficient value of thermostat
thermostat calculation.png
where RT1 = resistance at temperature T1
RT2 = resistance at temperature T2

Hi,

Instead of calculating via beta... why don't you use a refernce measurement a correction via lookup table?
Maybe this is more simple.

But honestly ... we are in the era of digital sensors. I'd use something like LM75.
