I'm a beginner and want to learn a lot about oscilloscope.
where do the electronic tech usually use it? and what is reliability of measurement
of real time like the one in Proteus. thanks

Go to the manufacturers websites, Tektronix and Keysight, e.g.; they have plenty of information.what do you mean "reliability"? Do you mean accuracy? And proteus does not make oscilloscopes, it's simulation software.

i think without scope is like makeup without mirror, oscilloscope are used everywhere to have an idea on how reliable and how accurate our electronic is.
 

another good place is youtube search with name and model and you will find lots of information.
