what is the difference between LABVIEW and LABWIN/CVI?

difference between labview and labwindows

I want to take a course about one of these two softwares.

I know a little bit about LABVIEW but I know nothing about LABWIN/CVI.

What is the difference between them?
Do they have different aplications?

Labview is Graphical Language Which is called G-language unlinke other

tradtional lanhguages in which u have to write some code to performe

some actions in G-language ,Graphics objects perform same actions as code.

Labwindows is ANSI C language . Labwindows differs from others compiles

(ie visual c ) it supports NATIONAL instruments DAQ drivers.
 

labwin cvi

labview is a graphical programming language while labwindows is a C style language.
